The ACM is the highest decision-making organ for ESA and WCA constituencies and serves the twin purpose of serving as the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and pre-board meeting where it identifies and develops consensus on key policy issues ahead of the May Global Fund meeting. The meeting brings together leadership of the Country Coordinating Mechanisms (CCMs) of countries that receive Global Fund resources. The ACM will run from April 27-28, 2021. Using resources from UNAIDS, participants will stay an extra day (April 29, 2022) to further discuss outputs of the Nairobi meeting in order to a) Strengthen positions developed b) Offer opportunities to correct assumptions/positions c) Include perspectives that may not have been discussed.
